All the exposed prices displayed on the website, which constitute public offer of products, are intended VAT-inclusive; they are net of the shipment charges which will be displayed before the finalization of the order.
Soft&Soft can ask consumers and/or clients to send a confirmation order via e-mail.
Should an order exceed stocks, Soft&Soft will communicate it, along with the prospective waiting time for the fulfilment of the order, within 72 hours; should the client and/or customer refuse to wait, the contract is intended terminated and Soft&Soft will provide for the immediate cancellation of the order and refuse of the payment.
Commercial invoicing must be specifically requested.

Right of Withdrawal - Return of Goods
Soft&Soft allows unsatisfied customers the termination right pursuant to current regulations, without any penalty or written explanation due.
Shipping cost is at the expense of the costumer.
Costumer can enjoy our service to send back items at the cost of €9,50 or he can contact a courier in first person.
This operation is dedicated to shipping in Italy, it doesn't concern other countries.
According to legal standard only consumer can exercise this right.
It can't be applied by business to business costumers.
The deadline to exercise the said right is within 14 days from the goods’ receipt; on maturity, customers should return goods and send us written notice through a recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery at:

Should the termination right be presented via fax at +39 0541 390336 or via e-mail through our contact form, it must be confirmed through recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery at the above mentioned address within the next 48 hours.
Important. Include full details (IBAN) of a bank or post account to receive the new crediting due in order to exercise the termination right.
To exercise the termination right it is necessary that:
- the Client expresses their will to exercise the termination right according to the above mentioned formalities
- the purchased good is new, intact, not opened, not washed, returned in its original package and complete (included any documents and equipment: guidebooks, brochures and so on)
- WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURN OF WASHED OR USED GOODS.
- the product is returned within the specified terms and conditions and according to the above mentioned formalities. The return charges are to be paid by the Customer (they will be the same paid in the purchase). It is intended that the shipment risks connected with the return of the items are at the consumer’s expense.
- WE DON'T ACCEPT RETURN OF GOODS FROM EXTRAUE COUNTRIES
Consumers cannot exercise the termination right upon tailor-made or customized products or upon products which, according to their own nature, can’t be returned or rapidly deteriorate or change.
Soft&Soft delivers its products throughout Italy, the Republic of San Marino, the Vatican City and following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
To protect the customer the goods are insured by Soft & Soft up to a value of € 400.00.
For orders greater than you should choose the second option of dispatch "INSURED PARCEL"
Charges are calculated according to the weight and size of the parcel and according to its destination; they will be displayed on the chart upon confirmation of the order.
Italy, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City:
For parcels which weight less than 30 Kg and whose size is less than 0.125 square metres, shipment charges are fixed at € 9,50 and shipment will occur through courier; cash on delivery: € 5,50.
Parcels which exceed 30 kg or which are particularly bulky will be divided into several shipments which come under the above mentioned parameters, or will be delivered through courier. Cash on delivery is fixed at € 10,00 and will be displayed in the chart.

The charges are calculated according to the weight and size of the parcel and will be displayed in the chart.
For Switzerland and Non-EU Countries, Invoice Tax Free Art. 8, (DDU), DELIVERY DUTY UNPAYD, (Taxes and Customs charges are paid by the Customer)
*MALTA: to receive the products in Malta is necessary that the customer is registered on the site Malta Post SENDON and it should indicate how the recipient: Surname+ Malta Post Sendon Code+ Name, C / O Sifte BERTI SPA, Via Donizetti 30, Logistics / Ribalta 112 MALTA POST , 20020 Linate (MI), ITALY.
Transport charge from Our Office to Milan, are quantified in the shopping cart; the transport charge from Milan to Malta are paid by the customer directly to Malta Post.

Terms of delivery
Unless stock availability (see above), Soft&Soft reserves two working days to find goods, package them and deal with the necessary administrative procedures. Delivery time is to be calculated as well; terms and formalities vary according to the different kinds of courier involved in the transaction.
Goods will be delivered at the street number indicated on the ground floor; no delivery service will occur involving the upper floors.
Should delivery not succeed, goods will be returned to Soft&Soft and all charges linked to non-delivery will be deducted from the refund of the amount payed.
How to act by delivery
Upon delivery of the goods, clients/costumers must check that the parcel is intact, not damaged or wet and pursuant to the standard characteristics of a parcel.
Any complaint has to be immediately raised to the courier; otherwise the product is intended to be delivered well.
Starting from the moment the consumer and/or client receives damaged goods or returns goods to the courier, they can act toward the courier only. The courier is also responsible for any delay in delivery.
In such cases, Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. is free from any responsibilities due to losses or damage occurred to the goods starting from the moment they are handed over to the courier.
How to act by damage due to transport
Should any damage be observed upon unloading of the goods it is necessary to:
- agree with reservation, that is to say accept the parcel but write "I agree with reservation" before signing the document; once opened the parcel and checked the damage it will be possible to ask for a refund.
- reject the damaged goods should it be impossible to accept with reservation or should the damage be manifest
Compensation due to losses or damage
- As far as transports carried out in Italy are concerned, compensation is effected pursuant to the parameters set forth in the legislative decree nr 286 dated 21/11/2005 (€1,00 for each missing kg of gross weight).
- As far as transports carried out of Italy are concerned, compensation is effected pursuant to article 23 paragraph 3 of the convention for the international carriage of goods by road (C.M.R.) ratified through law nr. 1621 and further amendments dated 6 December 1960 and amounts 8,33 units for each missing kg of gross weight (about € 10,00 for each missing kg of gross weight).

Payments through Credit Cards
Many credit cards make use of the Visa and Mastercard circuit to effect payments. These are for example CartaSì, BancoPosta, Postepay, carta Aura and all other credit cards bearing the Mastercard or Visa logo. Credit card details will be directly operated by the Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna, which is specialized in managing on-line payments. Information are encrypted through the use of cryptographic systems 128 bit (SSL), which prevent their use by third parties, and are sent directly to the bank; even the Soft&Soft staff cannot access them.
Caution Should said terms and conditions not be respected, an authenticity check concerning the owner of the credit card can be requested to the bank manager. Such an activity requires 5 working days. Should the check succeed, delivery will be effected when due. Soft&Soft reserves the right to ask for a fax containing a valid document to accelerate such a procedure. The charge of the amount due will occur upon forwarding date, not upon the date of the order.
Payment through Credit card is allowed for orders which amount less than 1000 € (one thousand euros) only.
Bank transfers allow goods to be sent after the checking of the bank credit.

Bank transfers must include following information: order number, name and surname of the customer. The amount paid through bank transfer will be credited in the account of the beneficiary after 3/5 working days from the date of the said payment.
Before effecting the payment it is necessary to inquire the Customer Service about the goods availability. Should we fail in receiving the payment within 8/10 days from the execution of the order, we will cancel the said order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is concerned with cash payments made at the moment of delivery.
The courier will accept exact sums only, which correspond to the amount of the order (they are not allowed to change).
Payments through Cheques are not admitted.
By high amounts, Soft&Soft reserves the right to ask customers to pay money down through bank transfer as a deposit.
a) Except for clothing, underwear and shoes, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 all the products sold on this site are covered by the legal warranty of 24 months.
b) The warranty starts from the date of purchase shown in the accompanying document. If such a document is lost or absent will be asked to softandsoft.it.
c) Softandsoft.it, according to the legal warranty of 24 months is liable to the consumer (the person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession) for conformity defects not evident at the time of purchase.
d) The lack of conformity which exists when the product is not intended to serve as should ordinarily, does not conform to the description or does not offer the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type.
e) The lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months from the date of purchase of the goods, must be notified within 2 months following the date of discovery of the defect.
6) Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.
7) are not guaranteed parts subject to wear and tear, if the damage is due to normal use.
How to exercise the right to legal guarantee
a) Contact Customer Service by email or by telephone, it will be at your disposal to provide any indication;
b) Prepare the product for shipment packing it carefully without omitting any accessory, the instruction manual and everything contained originally in the packaging of the product;
d) The customer service will tell you if you have to send the product or if the courier will pass to pick it up. Your eventual unavailability at the time of withdrawal and / or a contact's phone of the Courier, or of the Customer Services Softandsoft.it may be due to a delay in withdrawal of the product and the consequent timing of intervention. No responsibility can be recognized in head to Softandsoft.it for delays caused from your failure.
a) Softandsoft.it recognizes the possibility of replacing the product ordered exclusively to matters of size measurement and / or color.
b) Receiving the correct product
If the product received matches the one truly ordered by the customer is allowed to substitute the product with the same product but with different size and / or color reconditioned.
The customer must bear the cost of returning the product and resending.

c) Receiving the wrong product
If there is no matching of size and / or color of the product ordered and received, Softandsoft.it can require one or more photos that document the differences.
The photos will be sent to email@example.com
Softandsoft.it will activate immediately to the replacement of the item.
Filling in the specific field concerning the bank system of payment, the customer and/or client authorizes Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. to use their credit cards or other similar cards, and to debit upon their account to Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. the total amount indicated as the cost of the “online” purchase. Such a procedure is effected through a confidential connection with the relevant bank which operates the service of the "on line" payment and Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. cannot enter the said procedure. Should the consumer exercise the termination right as above mentioned, the amount of the refund will be credited in the same credit card. Filling in the personal data file in the registration procedure, which is necessary to execute the said contract and to activate further communications, the consumer and/or client authorizes Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. to communicate their personal data (residence, telephone number) to trustworthy couriers and/or forwarding agents they uses to allow the execution of all the procedures which are necessary to deliver the purchased products.
The purchaser can’t include lying statements in the registration form which is necessary to execute the said contract and to activate further communications; personal data and e-mails should be truthful. The consumer and/or client authorizes Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. and commits themselves to provide, upon request, copy of valid identity papers. Failure to comply with the paper’s requirements authorizes Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. to terminate the contract due to breach.
The client relieves Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. of any responsibility coming from the issue of tax records which are incorrect due to mistakes in the data provided by the Client, being the Client the sole responsible for the correct insertion.
The client commits themselves, upon conclusion of the on-line purchase procedure, to print and retain these general terms and conditions which they have already read and accepted as a compulsory step to purchase a product, and to print the characteristics of the purchased products.
The above mentioned payment’s warranty is very important and the customer’s nonpayment will cause the termination of the contract without the need of any forensic eloquence, unless the right of Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. to sue for damages.
Contract’s termination and Express resolutive clause
Audilio Pezzoli s.n.c. can terminate the contract provided that written communication accompanied by proper explanation is sent to the customer and/or client; they can only exercise the right to ask for the refund of the paid amount.
