The anti-mite mattress cover is made of a special "Amicor pure" fiber and is composed as follows: 38% PES (POLYESTER) - 37% PAN (ACRYLIC) - 25% CO (COTTON) The efficiency of the antibacterial and anti-mold AMICOR PURE fiber, is given by the newfound Triclosan (produced by Ciba and also used for the manufacture of drugs) placed inside an acrylic fiber.
This develops its action in the tissues permanently.

AMICOR PURE protects fabrics from bad odor (antibacterial) and the formation of fungi (antifungal), which contribute to the development of mites in the bed environment. This fiber inhibits the life cycle of the dust mite, the cause of an ever-increasing number of allergies in the home (+ 5% per year), especially for children!
Fiber is not a bactericide, it is non-toxic.
